As you can see, from this poor photograph, it is still easy to put the wrong photo on the blog.
I am having a re think but, so far, I am very pleased to be, at long last, able to put photos on my blogs.
I cannot thank my readers enough.
John.

First of all, I would like to thank my wonderful blog reader, for her help, in telling me how to upload my photos to my blogs. I cannot tell you how long I have been trying to do this particular task on my own. I will not name names, I do not think that is fare, but the lady in question is one of my regular blog comment readers.
The photo, in this blog, is of the most famous umpire in the world. (Dickie Bird.)
Dicky, who I have had the chance to speak to a couple of times, is a local person that has never lived away from his roots apart from when he was working.
Dickie is my hero for when people become famous, they usually forget their roots and move to another part of the country, not Dickie. Not only has Dickie no desire to move away from his hometown, he is loved by the community and he also loves their company.
The statue, of Dickie, has been placed in an area where he was born and, for me, it does not get better than that.
By for now,
John.

Hi there to my readers.
Once again, I have tried to get a photo, from my Picasa file, and I have failed.
If there is anybody out there that can assist me, in doing this task right, for the first time, would you please talk me through.
(Frustrated.)
John.
