the local ploughing match has turned into a two day affair . < in aid of the Air Ambulance , > so i done my bit ,by attending and having a pint in the beer tent lol about 50 tractors took part , plus assorted vintage vehicles, the weather was bad on the Saturdayand it rained heavy , Sunday was dryer but as most people in this area have 4x4 no problem there . the picture is of the latest in power tractors . with all round air con puncture proof Tyre's . and quite capable of living in a pond , lol . it seems its not a matter of winning its just about being there and having fun ,,

latest shot of the garden < every thing seems to gone over to seed quickley > never mind> the poppys are still going strong , as are the Dahlia's. the tradescanta around the ornamental carp lake/ <come plastic fish pond > looked grate for a while but have gone over now . the weeds are doing well. the moles are happy and the rabbits are thriving,, and the hedge is still there lol

after attacking the hedge<which has got out off control > what do you do with the cuttings when space is limited< down the tip , maybe i should have brought a pick up< or fitted a tow bar ,,
