Just a little update on my schooling, I passed the semester with a 4.0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All A's, I am so excited and happy, now on to summer school. I appreciate all the support my friends here have given me and all of God's blessings. He being the reason I have done so well so to God be the glory! Hugs to you all.....................KD

Yesterday there was a mine explosion not far from where I live. At last count 25
men are accounted for and dead. Four more miners are still missing. Please pray
for the families of the dead and the missing.

Well week four of class is upon me and I am no longer overwhelmed by it all. Things have settled down and I am now able to concentrate and not be frightened. This is a new expericence for sure, I am in class with people who are half my age. But the thing I learned is this...they were just as lost in the beginning as I was. Certainly no more intelligent than I am either. Silly, but I took a small comfort in that the first week.
Before I get into the meat of my legal classes I am having to take core classes of math and english. Basic stuff to refresh an old dogs memory. So far I have made A's in math (which suprises me) and B's in english. So I am satisfied with those grades. I study an average of four hours a day after class but I am anal about doing well. I have always be one to seek perfection from myself.
So thanks for all of your prayers and well wishes. Most of all thanks for being the caring, loving friends that you are.

Sitting here thinking of winters past when we all were so close....i miss you all....
our crew from The Nest. Too many people to name here but you all know who
you are. Some I have lost touch with......some I see once in a while. One I never
see and am glad(you know who you are) LOL. Doc sure went out of his way to
give us that place. Kind of sad we all fell apart after it closed. Anyway I love and
miss you all so much.

Stupid,dumb,stupid school red tape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! School starts in less than a week and its like pulling teeth to get straight answers from the flipping place...... I think I may need to drink some bleach. Or eat a pound of chocolate,something.........First it was a chore to figure out the right books I need, then on to WHERE THE H*LL is my money! Finally get that done and now I am trying to explain to them I need help direct depositing said funds that are left over. I was on hold for 30 minutes then redirected 5 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Argggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg.................................. Send booze Lovie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
