My daughters Melissa and Rachel had another craft faire on Sat.  It was called "The Witch's Faire", since Holloween is this month.  Everyone was dressed in costume, form fairies to outer space aliens, and I am sure they had their "green card" LOL..

Anyway, we had to set up by 5pm, the faire did not finish until 11pm, it was a long, fun and interesting evening.  It was a lovely evening, with just a bit of cool crispness that comes with the coming of Fall!

My daughters did quite well selling their jewlery, but while they "manned" the store, I was free to walk around and enjoy the sights, sound and smells!  There was a "Gypsy" camp with crystal balls, palm readers and just beautiful colors!

There were string lights everywhere, in every color, it almost made the evening seem "surreal", as if I was walking in another world, among people free to be whatever or whoever they wanted, hiding behind masks or face paint, and I in my jeans and sweater was the "outsider", the ordinary person, wondering, looking, almost feeling like a child, smiling at all the "monsters", "witches", and other beings I encountered!!

Yes it was a long night, did not get to bed till well past my bedtime, but it was a wonderful, "other" world I will always remember, and hopefully, will attend again next year, maybe this time being someone or something, other than me in my jeans and sweater LOL...  Sweets            There are a couple more pictures on my profile....

It sure looks like it was a lot of fun...  Did you happen to have your palm read?  Just think, you have all year to think of the costume your going to wear.... might I suggest that you go as a female bunny.... oh yeah...lol.... thumpthumpthump...
