Stranded Whale

Anyone been watching the resue operation on tv about the stranded whale in the river Thames.At the momment it is being transported on a barge to the river estuary to try and release it.

Hi Calmity Jane,

Yes...I have been watching developments over the past couple of days and was saddened to learn the whale died yesterday evening. It was certainly a gallant rescue effort. All involved should be commended.

It looked as though the whole of London was down on the Thames keeping their eye on the operations.
