Chocolate Brownie


Chocolate Brownie 125g butter,

150g dark chocolate,

2 cups brown sugar,

2 eggs lightly beaten,

1 tspn vanilla,

1 cup flour,

1 tspn Baking Power,

1 cup chopped pecan nuts (optional)
Combine butter & chocolate,
stir over low heat until melted.
Add sugar until dissolved over heat.
Remove from heat. Combine eggs & vanilla.
Stir into chocolate mixture.
Add sifted flour & Baking Powder and nuts.
Put in swiss roll tin, lined with baking paper.
Bake 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
