What is depression?
It is not a sign of weekness and is more than just being blue.
People do not snap out of it.
Depression affects their moods, behavior, thoughts, and body.
The causes of depression:
Some depressive episodes appear for no reason.
Such as stressful events, finanical resources, a move to a
new place, retirement, death of a loved on, social isolation,
and of course your health.
What are some of the
symptoms of depression? Moods No interests or fun activities
Change in appetite and weight Not sleeping well Tired Loss
of energy No consentration or indecision Feels worthless or
guilty of everything Thoughts of death or suicide Talk therapy:

a great part of their problems
